ABP Capital financed an acquisition loan for the purchase of a 13-unit apartment complex in Coronado, California. The sponsor intends to secure construction financing to renovate the subject property. Following renovation, the subject will consist of six upscale units with each unit consisting of 2,000 SF with underground parking. The subject is located minutes from the beach, the Hotel del Coronado, the Coronado Yacht Club and Glorietta Bay.
